HR Supervisor (1) Post
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Taking part in interviews, assisting with the recruitment process, recruiting, and vetting of potential new employees.
- Organizing training sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing team members.
- Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Identify and address employee issues regarding performance by arranging training where required, and discussing and helping to assist with career growth.
- Processing various administrative tasks and accurately completing and processing paperwork.
- Collaborating with staff to make clear HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (prefer English language)

HR Assistant (1) Post
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare monthly reporting procedures.
- Assist in daily HR work schedule.
- Identify new staff check in procedure and prepare amenities in orientation.
- To update staff canteen market list.
- Processing various administrative tasks and accurately completing and processing paperwork.
- Prepare and assist in monthly HR practices and guidelines.
- Collaborating with staff to distribute the HR policy and procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with government offices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma or equivalent.

Administrative Assistant (1) Post
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handling administrative requests and queries from seniors.
- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled events.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain and update contact details.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Participate in trainings and prepare training utilities.
- Book hotel, air ticket and transportation arrangement.
Qualifications:
- Any university degree holder
- Proven working experience in administrative department
- Working knowledge of office equipment. Like printers and scan machines
- Excellent time management skill and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy: highly prefer
- MS Office familiarity (Additional Photoshop and PageMaker preferable)
