Responsibilities
- Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as employee welfare & benefit and all employee activities.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable government laws.
- Collates employee turnover and sick leave statistics.
- Manages the recruitment systems within the company, paying particular attention to advertising, screening, work permits, reference checks and administration of all new
hires. - Ensures the effective administration of personnel records and files in line with Company Policy.

- Ensures development and performance reviews are conducted regularly, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career pathing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements
- Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic/Civil Engineering
- Must have excellent technical skills, particularly with Auto CAD software and Sketch Up software
- Must have strong creative design and time management skills
- Internet, E-mail, Zoom, MS Office familiarity
- Must be able to work with deadlines
- Must be able to work with the team
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing)

Junior Accountant (1) Post
Responsibilities
- Recording all financial transactions daily
- Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients
- Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to management
- Performing account reconciliations
- Processing income statements, balance sheets, and other management account reports, under the supervision of the senior accountant
- Assisting with asset audits, as necessary
- Assisting with other accounting tasks, as assigned by a supervisor
- Data entry at ACE (Any) software
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, cash records, etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the accounting field.
- Excellent numerical and logical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email writing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the accounting field
